The Joint Industry Board of the Electrical Industry manages a large volume of plan and benefit information for participants, retirees and employers. We rebuilt the public website so people can find the right plan, service, form or document without having to understand the organization behind it.
The site also guides visitors through common life events, announcements and frequently asked questions. In addition to the public website, we built a separate private intranet for the organization’s internal staff and workflows.
